October 2025 Astrology

October 2025 Astrology, timestamped for each sign, is up on my channel. This is the start of Scorpio season. This month doesn’t have the simultaneous sign changes that September had, nor the eclipses. But we are seeing the outer planets, whose sign changes are notable, begin to retrograde back into their previous signs to finish things up. This is Saturn back into Pisces  (September 1st) not to return for 30 years, Neptune back into Pisces (October 22nd) for the last time in 165 years, and  Uranus will follow in November, going back into Taurus.

That’s a lot in intense energy in Pisces, a sign all about other worldliness, the collective, spirituality, subconscious energy, universal intelligence or divine mind. It goes by many names. Saturn and Neptune will really want to deliver their message before leaving for good. But they have very different messages and don’t meld well together. It can feel discouraging at times. This has been ongoing since Saturn joined Neptune in Aries at the end of May. There’s a lot to say about that because Neptune in Aries is a once in 165 year occurrence, and the conjunction to Saturn, in February of 2026 at 0 degrees of Aries, has never been seen, at least as far back as we know. I have several videos on my channel.

0-2 degrees: Pluto, Uranus and Neptune

Uranus and Pluto continue to trine each other at the 1st degrees of Gemini and Aquarius respectively. Both are in air signs. Neptune was at the 1st degrees of Aries and will be back in January of 2026, sextiling both. This is upheaval, the unexpected and power and control issues. I have a video about these planets at 0°. And remember Saturn and Neptune, close since May,  will conjunct perfectly in February 2026.

Sun

The Sun moves into secretive Scorpio on the 22nd, joining Mars and Mercury who will just have entered pre-retrograde shadow. Mars has been digging around, hounding out anything hidden below the surface and demanding answers. Mercury arrives and starts to examine it all in detail. Then the Sun brings a huge spotlight and says “What have we got, boys?”

Whatever part of your chart this is in, expect something to arise. And it’s not over as the Mercury retrograde in November will be partly in Scorpio.

Moon

The Moon is full on the 6th at 14° Aries. This is opposition between self and those important 1 on 1 relationships. It’s not only partners, mentors but also exes and rivals. These sit across in Libra.

Then the New moon on the 21st at 28° of Libra encourages us to implement a change. Maybe ofter this opposition we’re changing out approach or outlook in the way we show up in these relationships. Venus, who is about relationships, will have arrived on the 13th adding another layer.

Mercury

Mercury moves into Scorpio on the 6th, and Sagittarius on the 29th. As mentioned above the pre-retrograde shadow begins October 21st. If you want a refresher on what to avoid and how to use this to your advantage, this is my most comprehensive video to date.

Venus

Venus ingresses into Libra on the 13th to stay until the 1st week November. At the 1st degrees she will trine Pluto and Uranus for those first 3 days, creating a grand air trine. This is intense energy in terms of the mind and communications. It’s thinking about ideas and concepts revolving around freedom and control in relationships.

Mars

Mars stays in Scorpio until the start of November, having arrived September 22nd. As the traditional ruler of Scorpio, he takes on his qualities of incisiveness and looking below the surface or behind the facade. If there are secrets, back door deals, buried information, or people with hidden agendas, Mars will get to the bottom of it.

My Thoughts

I’m already prepping the November videos and have no clue where the year has gone. Things seem to move very fast. And the energy is polarized, maybe that’s the reason. There is so much intensity. I shy away from social media even more as every other thing is AI. Am I the only one who doesn’t believe anything anymore? I am curious to see how the start of 2026 will settle with the outer planets back in their new signs. I think right now we are in the throes of growing pains. Here’s to positive change. Be well.
