November 2025 Astrology

November’s astrology, timestamped for all signs,  is up on my Youtube channel. It sees the final Mercury Retrograde of the year, moving between Sagittarius and Scorpio. Uranus, also retrograde, moves back into Taurus on the 7th. This is pretty big. It’s a wrap up. Along with Neptune, they visit a sign only once in our lifetime, maybe twice in Uranus’ case. Both, with Saturn, will move into their new signs for good at the start of 2026. It will be a change in the collective energy for years to come. This is the big shift of our outer planets, from earth and water signs to fire and air, that I keep banging on about in my videos.

Sun

The Sun is in Scorpio until the 21st, shining his light into a sign that is about secrets. Whatever house this fall in for you has certainly come under a lot of scrutiny as Mars and Mercury are there also.

Then it’s into Sagittarius and our focus is on travel and learning. We’re thinking big and broadening our horizons. Just remember the Mercury retrograde is making things difficult. Better to plan at this time and then go ahead when the cycle is over on December 17th.

Moon

The Moon is full at the start of the month, on the 5th at 13 degrees of Taurus, with the Sun opposite in Scorpio. There’s high emotion around our resources and money. You may decide to stop doing something or change your approach to your wealth. It certainly has a tie in with other people’s wealth, such as a partner’s, loaned money or debt. Who is paying for what or how much of what you earn is owed?

The new Moon is on the 20th at 28 degrees of Scorpio, joining the Sun. Now both luminaries are in the house of shared wealth. Time to set an intention here and it may tie in with what the full Moon showed you on the 5th.

Mercury

The retrograde is from November 9th to 29th, starting at 6 degrees of Sagittarius and ending at 20 degrees of Scorpio. But it’s important to pay attention to the shadow period before and after. This began October 21st and ends December 17th.

My most recent video on Mercury retrograde is my most comprehensive and explains what to avoid and for what to use the retrograde.

A retrograde can bring a situation or person back. We’re forced to look at it again. Mercury is our thoughts and communications. So we’re faced with a situation…again, we have to review, or think about how we go about it, or discuss it again. Just remember nothing is settled until the whole cycle completes on December 17th.

It’s not always interaction with others though. It can be on the inside. Maybe you’re changing your outlook or approach without interacting with others or making any big announcements. It can be motivated by a sense of déjà vu. “Not that again!” You could be picking up where you left off concerning something: career change, relationship, course of study.

Venus

Lovely Venus moves into Scorpio on the 6th and stays to the 30th, joining the Sun. Venus in Scopio takes on the magnetic qualities of Scorpio but also the abolity to see the emotional patterns behind the scenes or the mask. You know the real reason someone did or said something. It’s easy to be a bit underhanded here, you’ve got the blueprint. An old colleague of mine, who always had her ear to the ground (or maybe to the wall…with a glass), used to say she preferred the term ‘strategic’.

Mars

Mars ingresses into Sagittarius on the 4th and stays until mid-December. Mars and Mercury are in the same sign and are joined by the Sun on the 21st. Mercury on retrograde will be darting in and out, backing into Scorpio on the 18th.

Mars is our drive, but also our ego, making us forthright (and that can be putting it mildly!) and quick to react. But Mercury is confusing things, so beware of acting on erroneous information or getting frustrated when agreements fall through.

Uranus

Uranus returns to Taurus on 7th, wrapping up a transit that began in 2017-2018. Think back to what saw a lot of upheaval and sudden change. My video will tell you where this was for your sign. Uranus won’t return for 84 years so he is gung-ho to make sure we have reached freedom in that part of our lives. It can be s stifling job, relationship, criticism that has held us back, even our own censorship. We are our own worst critic.

The Uranus in Taurus blog shows what Uranus will be trying to do from now until April of 2026 when he is gone from Taurus for 84 years. The November astrology shows where this is for each sign. I also thought I had a video but realized it was way before I had a Youtube channel!  Uranus has been in my 1st by solar chart: showing up differently in terns of public profile and outer self, including online. It’s who we are when we go out of our house into the world, how we appear and who we are in the eyes of others. There’s been the website, the blogs, a Youtube channel. And I’m feeling there’s more to come!.

Overall

The outer planets, Neptune and Uranus along with Saturn are in retrograde. There’s a feeling of past replaying—and maybe catching up—and being at the edge of something big. That’s not just you. When these planets move into their new signs for good, in the first months of 2026 we will have fire and air energy for the next several years, replacing earth and water. Things will look and feel different. If you want my take on Neptune moving into Aries (last time was 1860, think Abraham Lincoln and abolition) or Uranus into Gemini (last time was 1941, WW2) I have several videos on my channel. Be well.
