To meditate properly you have to stop thinking. Really? How is that possible?
People worry about writers block or lack of inspiration. I don’t believe in that. The mind will give you what you ask of it. It’s there for you. You’re in charge. Just let it do its cogitating, its creative thing. It’s not a wiener machine, its doesn’t crank out product in a linear fashion.
