Do you write down your thoughts of the last year? What was good, bad, achieved? What could have been better or received more attention? I’m a believer in journaling and how it helps organize and clarify our thoughts.
Seeing is believing doesn’t apply here. It’s the other way around. The first step is believing it yourself and believing in yourself. You may think It’s not true it. But as George Costanza says: “It’s only a lie if you believe it is.”
Even the change you want is scary. That’s where faith comes in, or self-confidence are trusting in the fact that you’ll be able to figure it out. That ties in with mindset and manifesting. See the outcome clearly. Hold it in mind. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have every detail figured out. Besides, you can’t go back.
This is my rule of thumb: if you heart is still in it, keep going, even if it makes no sense.
I’ve been rethinking my use of the word manifestation for a while. I’ve know for a long time that the definitions are multiple and diverse. Maybe I’m the problem. Or at least the one who needs to find another word. As a writer, I can be insanely picky about finding the right word.
