This is what I did to write a book: I set out to write two pages a day. Five hundred words. My logic was that after a year, I’d be around 720 pages. I didn’t need that much but certainly I’d have a book in there somewhere.

Manifesting the Feeling
The hardest, but essential part of manifesting, is believing it has already happened. To our rational mind this sounds like a backwards way of thinking. But convinction that the objective has been achieved makes it happen.

There’s not too much ‘how does it feel’ with discipline. It’s a repetitive step in reaching an objective, or rather building towards an objective. Doing the same thing, with little variation, in order to progress. And herein lies it’s saving grace: the repetition.

The Tough Love Boundary
It’s hard to set boundaries with those you care about. I go in circles: I feel bad when I draw the line, angry I’m doing this to myself when I don’t. Who else struggles with this?
